Our Statement of Faith
We believe the Bible is the inspired Word of God and our standard for faith, practice, and revelation. ( 2nd Timothy 3:16-17 ; 1st Corinthians 2:13; 2nd Peter 1:20-21) We believe that there is one God eternally existent in three persons, the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit, and that these Three are One God in essence, nature, attributes, perfection, and are worthy of the same homage and obedience. (Deuteronomy 6:4; Matthew 28:19) We believe in the pre-existence, the incarnation and the virgin birth of Christ, who came into the world to reveal the Father. Christ lived a sinless life and died substitutionally for man's transgressions. (Isaiah 53:1-4, 7:14; Hebrews 1:3) We believe that the Holy Spirit is the third Person of the Godhead and dwells in every true born-again believer, and that He imparts gifts or abilities greater than our own to accomplish God's will. (Genesis 1:2; 1st Corinthians 2:10; John 14:16; Acts 13:2; Hebrews 13:8) SIN: We believe that man and woman were created in the image of God and that through disobedience mankind fell from a state of righteousness and holiness in God, in which he was created, into spiritual depravity. Through willful sin, mankind is separated from God and unable to attain divine righteousness and communion with God through his own efforts. Therefore, man must be redeemed from sin. (Genesis 3:6-23; Romans 3:23, 5:12-14; Psalms 51:5; Isaiah 59:1-3). We believe that the shed blood of Jesus Christ and His resurrection provide the only ground for justification and salvation for all mankind, and only those who believe and receive Jesus Christ are born of the Holy Spirit, and thus become the children of God. (Romans 3:23; John 1:12-18; Acts 16:31) We believe that God wants to reveal His nature and purpose through His Church. Christ came and established His Church as His body on earth. (Acts 8:1, 11:22, 16:5; 1st Corinthians.11: 18; Ephesians 5:25; Galatians 3:28; Acts 1:5). We believe that Christ will return to the
earth in a visible way. His purpose will be to manifest His government
on the earth. We believe that Christians should lovingly look for His
appearing, giving attention to obedience while He tarries. (1st
Thessalonians 4:17-18; John 14:1-14;
1st Corinthians 15:51-57;
Daniel 6:16-17)
Scripture References 16 All scripture is given by inspiration
of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction,
for instruction in righteousness: Which things also we speak, not in the words which man's wisdom teacheth, but which the Holy Ghost teacheth; comparing spiritual things with spiritual. (return to Doctrinal Statements) 20 Knowing this first, that no prophecy

into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men,
for that all have sinned: Behold, I was shapen in iniquity, and in sin did my mother conceive me. (return to Doctrinal Statements) 1 Behold, the LORD'S hand is not shortened,

the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised
